Worker App Terms of Use and Personal Data Notice

HUNDRED PNS SDN. BHD. ("we", "the company") provides this app so that you can see your assignments, record your attendance and keep your documents up to date. Please read this notice before you continue. By ticking the box you confirm that you have read it and agree to it.
What we collect
We keep the information needed to deploy you to work sites and to pay you: your name, date of birth, gender and nationality; identity numbers and expiry dates (IC, passport, work permit, CIDB card); phone number, email and address; an emergency contact; bank account details for wages; your skills, qualifications and work history; photos and scanned copies of your documents; and your attendance records.
Location when you clock in and out
When you clock in or out, the app records your location once, together with the time, to confirm that you are at the assigned site. The app does not track you continuously and does not record your location when you are not clocking in or out. If you do not allow location access, your supervisor can record your attendance manually.
Why we use your information
We use your information to assign you to projects, to check that your permits and certificates are valid, to calculate working hours and wages, to meet site safety and immigration requirements, to contact you about your work, and to comply with the law.
Who we share it with
Clients who engage our teams can see your name, worker code, skills, nationality, whether your CIDB card and permit are valid, and your attendance on their site. They cannot see your bank details, emergency contact or identity documents. We may also share information with government agencies when the law requires it, and with the IT providers that host and maintain this system under confidentiality obligations.
Automated reading of documents
To speed up registration, scanned documents may be read by an automated AI service that extracts the details into your profile. Our staff review the result before it is saved. The service is used only for this purpose and does not keep your documents.
How long we keep it
We keep your records while you work with us and for up to seven years afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Document scans are removed when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see or correct your personal data. You can update your contact details in the app; for other changes, speak to our staff. You may withdraw your consent, but we may then be unable to deploy you to client sites.
Your account
Your login is personal. Keep your password private, do not let anyone else use your account, and tell us immediately if you lose your phone. Always give true and accurate information. Misuse of the app may lead to your account being suspended.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. If we do, you will be asked to read and accept the new version the next time you log in. You can read the current version at any time from the "Me" page.
