Client Portal Terms of Use and Data Confidentiality Agreement
Version: 2026-10-08
The client portal gives authorised contacts of your company access to the workers, attendance and documents for projects delivered by HUNDRED PNS SDN. BHD. By ticking the box you confirm that you are authorised to act for your company and that your company agrees to these terms.
Your account
Your login is personal to you and must not be shared. Keep your password private and tell us when a contact leaves your company or changes role so that we can update or close the account. We may suspend an account that appears to be misused.
What you can see
The portal shows, for your company's projects only: the workers assigned, their worker codes, skills and nationality, whether their CIDB cards and permits are valid, daily attendance, monthly timesheets, and the contracts and insurance documents we have shared with you.
Confidentiality of worker data
Worker information is personal data protected by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. It is provided solely so that you can manage site access, safety and verification for your project. You must not copy, publish or pass it to third parties, use it for recruitment or any other purpose, or keep exported reports longer than needed. Please tell us promptly if you believe worker data has been lost or disclosed.
Attendance and timesheets
Attendance is recorded from workers' clock-ins and clock-outs at the site, supplemented by supervisor records where needed. Please raise any dispute about a month's attendance within seven days after the month ends. Approved timesheets are the basis for our invoices.
Service availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Information in the portal is provided for your reference; your contract with us governs the services we deliver. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal.
Your personal data
We keep your name, position, phone number and email to administer your account and to communicate about the project. We retain them for the duration of our business relationship and as required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. You will be asked to accept the new version at your next login, and you can read the current version at any time from the Account page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
